Natural sharp cheddar cheeses blended with the aid of heat. The flavor of Mr. Sharp is quite similar to that of a natural sharp cheddar cheese, but with a smooth creamy, supple texture. Mr. Sharp is perfect for melting and using in Nachos and over steamed vegetables, soups, stuffing, casseroles and sauces. Serve with plain crackers, or on hot apple pie, chunked into salads and sliced on sandwiches.
