A Wisconsin Monterey Jack cheese blended with red and green jalapeno peppers. Fire Jack cheese is specifically blended to taste the great flavor of Wisconsin Monterey Jack cheese first, then taste the hot of the jalapeno peppers. Fire Jack is great on burgers or shredded to make nachos or quesadillas. Serve with sausage and crackers for the sports fans, a wonderful alternative to spice up any chili or turkey sandwich.
