Named after its Italian cousin, domestic Gorgonzola is a blue-green veined cheese with a taste similar to domestic blue. Gorgonzola is aged a minimum of three months. It is a little more piquant than our regular blue and firmer than its imported cousin. Gorgonzola is easily crumbled or sliced and adds zest to any green salad or pasta.
