Widely available in the US, Feta is a young crumbly cow's milk cheese that is made from the traditional Mediterranean recipe. Originally produced in Greece from goat or sheep milk, it is now widely produced in cow, sheep or goat’s milk around the world. Feta is chalk white with a tart, salty flavor. Feta is also available with a variety of added spices and flavors. Use in Greek Dishes, in salads or just for snacking with bread, olives, vegetables, fruit or salami.
