Chevre' is a mild and creamy Goat Cheese. This versatile cheese can be served at the beginning of a meal as an appetizer, in cooking with the entree', (e.g. with Angel Hair pasta), or at the end of the meal on a cheese platter. Goat Chevre' is available plain, or flavored with black pepper or onion & chive.
Beverage Pairing: White, Burgundy or Zinfandel wine
